World Rowing Masters Regatta
The World Rowing Masters Regatta will be held in the US in 2018 at the new world-class facilities in Sarasota-Bradenton. Same venue that saw the FISA World Rowing Championships this past September. Make your reservations now and start training!
USRowing Masters National Championships
One of the year's classics for masters rowers, there are always Cornell alumni competing here! This year's championships are being held on Lake Merritt in Oakland, California. Please send us info if you plan to race this year.
US Rowing Club National Championships
A potential venue for current Cornell rowers home for the summer holidays to compete. The US Rowing Club Nationals is also the place to find recent alumni who continue to compete after graduation. This year's event is planned for the Cooper River in Camden, NJ. Please send a note if you plan to race or attend!
Independence Day Regatta
Held in Philadelphia each year over the 4th of July weekend, the Independence Day Regatta attracts crews from around the country. Many Cornell alumni compete for their local clubs. Last year Cornell dominated the father/daughter race with three entries, with Kelly Albanir '16 and dad Alan triumphing. Ivan Rudolph-Shabinsky '86 and daughter Alice '18 are looking for a rematch. Other alumni competing recently included Peter Klose '89, Brad Boericke '86, David Stanton '87. If you plan to compete in 2018, please send a note - include the name of the club you are racing with so others can find you.
San Diego Crew Classic
As they say, the San Diego Crew Classic starts the season. Cornell alumni have had plenty of success here, as the photo of a women's alumni boat attests. If you're planning to race or spectate, let us know.
Head of the Schuylkill
Boston wasn't enough, come down to Philly for the other fall classic. The Head of the Schuylkill offers two days of racing for everyone. Some alumni are considering entering the alumni category this year - so let us know who plans to be there.

Head of the Housatonic
A fall classic that is a great preparatory race for the Head of the Charles, the Head of the Housatonic sees competitive masters rowing in just about every boat category. Cornell alumni are typically represented in force here from much of the Northeast. Comment if you plan to attend!

Royal Canadian Henley
The 135th Royal Canadian Henley begins with the Masters races on Sunday, August 6th. The younger set take over starting on Monday, August 7th and racing lasts all week. Cornellians of all ages can be found racing in this fantastic event. Please comment if you plan to attend this year.

Royal Henley Regatta
Having won Eastern Sprints, the Cornell Lightweights will be competing at Henley as will some development boats from the Men's Heavyweight and Lightweight teams. Cornell alumni will also be found amongst the many competitors from around the world. If you plan to compete, or just spectate, let people know to look for you by commenting on this event.
Schuylkill Navy Regatta
One of the earlier races of the masters rowing season, this classic on Philadelphia's Schuylkill River offers rowers a chance to test their early season speed against each other. Cornell rowers are generally present with their respective clubs. If you plan to participate, please comment to that effect so others can look for you.
